In this context IPK is holding the largest ex situ crop plant seedbank of the EU27 member states. IPK is a leading institute in crop genome analysis. Our main tasks within the G2P-SOL are to provide DNA from tomato, pepper and eggplant collections and to perform gentyping-by-sequencing."
